The cash back realtor made a mistake on my contract and I lost my earnest money! Really, it was an awful experience. He yelled at me and acted like I was not important. He was just too busy to help me. Then, I lost my earnest money because Ken Wright did not complete the contact correctly. I pointed it out to him and he ignored me... Didn’t even answer the email! He couldn’t care less about this client! Run away, don’t walk! Very bad experience.
