BEWARE!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. Wish I would've read the reviews before I wasted my time with this pathetic, unorganized and completely incompetent company! Took off work to meet an appraiser who goes by the name of "Z". Looks at my car, takes pictures and notes. Told I would hear something that day or the next. Called in the next day just to be asked the same exact questions about my car that "Z" the 'thorough-detailed-appraiser' was suppose to have given the company. Excellent customer service. Asan was extremely thorough. I didn't have to ask a lot of questions. Overall great experience.
Got a better deal than I expected. So good I thought I was ripped off but other experts told me I had it good. Highly recommended
