I called this place five different times to get some information about their fees and other processes. Each time it rang several times and then they hung up without saying hello. That's all I needed to know about how much value they put on customer service period they will not be getting my business, and it is their loss.
First off , the lady made me feel like I was trying to cash a fraudulent check . Waited over 25 mins to cash my check . Made accusations of the check being fake because of the amount. She then requested to look at my banking account to make sure I didn’t try to steal money from the company. It was just such a horrible experience. I will never go there again !!!
Absolute worst experience. If you want to be treated like a criminal come here.
Christina is the sweetest woman ever. She did her damnedest to help me. Her customer service was absolutely amazing. Her alone personality made my day better
Christina is so pleasant and has been so helpful with all my needs. Very through! I live in Coventry RI and I will take the time and drive here. this is the only place I will go to do ANY OF CHECK CASHING OR WESTERN UNION TRANSACTIONS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
