Cashforland.com gave me a offer for my land that was fair. **************** responded quickly to my online submission. someone called me the same day, understood why I was getting rid of land I was not using. Paperwork was easy and straight forward. Cash for land bought my property in less than two weeks. Great people to work with.
Horrible. Can't be a legit company. I signed the agreement, but never heard back from them, but apparently the contract is binding and "future cancelation is impossible". I stepped right into that one. Thinking I'll seek legal action. Apparently, I no longer own the land, but I'm still getting charged for the taxes on it.
Sent unsolicited offer of less than 1/3 of what I paid for vacant land next to my house two years ago. They definitely do not offer fair market value as stated in the letter. They are taking advantage of the sellers.
