Called and whoever answered was very unprofessional. Tried to schedule a pick up for the next day, and the man on the phone said that “one of his guys would give me a call in the morning to lock down a time” When I never got a call, I decided I would call them again. But got no answer 3 times... and the voicemail was full. Tried again the next day and again there was no answer... ended up going with someone else even though they offered less for my vehicle..
Called, got a quote, and less than an hour later had the cash in hand and the vehicle was gone! Nice and professional.
I called and all I got was hello, what do you have, then a quote and then got hung up on. Very rude and not professional at all.
