If I could give them a Zero star i would. Sure they arrived on time but then they conned my son out of a brand new catalytic converter for what? $80 savings. Its hard enough my son put $2k into it a month prior to it dying but then to be offered $400 and then have him take time off work to meet them for a pick up and have them say no sorry its used. The guy said he was coming 2 days in a row and never showed up
Wonderful professional service. I set an appointment, they came on time with the tow truck, paid what we agreed to on the phone, we signed the title and I gave them the the key. Whole thing was done within 20 minutes. I highly recommend them. It’s a family business. Other places contract out the towing but this place is owner operated and it shows.
Scared to do business
Told us flat rate for pre 2012 car no matter condition or missing parts. Tow guy came and low balled us so we called the guy we originally talked to. Entire demeanor changed, was rude and hung up. They’ll promise a fair price then cut it at time of tow. Shady business.
