I needed to get rid of my father in law's car and decided to try Junk Car Giant. I was glad I made the call. Eric came to pick up the car. It was parked between two other cars but he carefully and strategically got the car out and hauled it away. He was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend!
After many calls to various other places, I called Junk Car Giant and I couldn’t be happier with that decision. I called them at 4pm yesterday, they gave me the best offer I had gotten and even picked up my vehicle by 1pm today. The tow truck driver and helper were very courteous, they kept me updated every step of the way until they arrived to retrieve my vehicle. If I could give them more stars, I would. I called this business to sell my 2005 Ford Cargo Van on the evening of 7/30. The operator offered me $500 which I was content with, and agreed upon. Next thing you know, he hung up without getting any information from me. I called back immediately and asked hey, do you need any info from me?
