The experience was very positive. The whole process went smoothly. Everyone I worked with was very courteous, professional and thorough. I highly recommend them.
I spent a total of almost 2 hours on hold waiting for dispatch to answer the phone. They said someone would be by the 28th between 1-5pm. No one came. I talked to dispatch and was told I wasn't there when they came to pick up the vehicle. I was home at 12:30pm on. I was told they would be by on the 29th in the am because they couldn't pick the vehicle up in the afternoon. I took the day off so I could be there in the morning and the driver didn't show up until about 3:30pm. This caused me to miss a day of work for nothing. T... read more
