The gentleman over the phone was very polite and professional. He couldn't assist but he did help with transferring me over to his affiliate location that was able to assist. I always dread making calls to other companies because people act like you're a bother for asking them a question about a job they get paid to do but It was a pleasantly helpful interaction. Yeah, the most honest car buyers, this side of the Mississippi. Thanks ralph. We were able to cut a deal, but he didn't give me any low ball offers. Respect
