A little hesitant at first, our experience overall was great. They provided us a fair market quote, requested proof of the necessary documents, and walked us through the title transfer. No gimmicks, no tricks, and when the vehicle was picked up they checked the documents once more and handed us a check.
Very easy and smooth experience. Asif was a huge help during the call, and he was very reasonable in the negotiation. There were a few computer/technical difficulties with his system, but he remained professional and kind the entire time until it was resolved. Big thanks!
