Everything went just as they proposed. The tow truck driver Anthony who picked up my vehicle was more than helpful, he answered all my questions without hesitation, even questions that didn't pertain to the transaction.
A lot of questions were asked but I understand that is part of the process.

Their work hours clearly said that they close at 7. Went there a few days ago and the told me they close at 4, not great service at all.
