A bit confusing but ok
My car was flooded and totaled by hurricane Erin, I didn’t know what to do with it. I spoke with Tarun and received an immediate quote, in less than 24 hours the car was picked up and I received a check. Frankie who drove the tow truck called to give me some lead time on when he would arrive, he was prepared and efficient. All in all a good experience.
Amith was exceptionally informative, kind and patient when I spoke to him. He gave clear instructions for what I needed to do. Please keep him. We need more people like him.
