From time we decided to part with our vehicle to the time they hauled it away was less then 18 hours. Never felt rushed and the process went very smooth. About 20 minutes on the phone going over details and processing the paperwork and they picked it up early the following morning.
Getting a quote for my car was quick and easy. Speaking with reps was smooth and helpful. Getting my car picked up was delayed and frustrating. Navigating the menu and getting a person on the phone was challenging.
Very pleased with the entire process and quickness of it. Daniel was the first person I spoke with personally. He explained to me the process in its entirety, friendly, helpful and made sure I wasn’t sent off with any fear of the unknown. 10/10
