Went through the Process, which is a real pain in the neck. Asked them when they were coming to pick up the car, got told that their driver refused to drive to the house from Halifax! (not our problem) Informed them that we would look into a Breach of Contract if they did not come and pick up the car. We checked with a Lawyer, who said we can sue for Breach of Contract, and get 4 times the agreed upon amount, plus Lawyer's Fees and Court Cost.
