Customer service was rude as hell doesn't speak good English
Very complicated to deal with, all workers say different things that need to be done. They Originally said my husband would need to be POA to sell my car (understandable), then they went on to say that I would need to give THEM power of attorney over my vehicle without me receiving payment at the same time. Once the POA was signed and notarized, I’d have to send them a picture saying they have POA over my vehicle THEN they would send someone out to pay us. As much as I hated losing my engine, this company made it much more pleasant with the process that I had to go through, which was easy, efficient and the people were so nice.
