Service was fast easy friendly and on point. The driver or pick up person. Called me set a time came over asked me a few questions handed me my check and loaded the car n it was as easy as that everything took less than 10 min
Mr Lima was great to work with. Explained everything. Even sent a picture on how to sign the title correctly.
This company was very helpful in a timely manner. We would definitely use them again.
I did not get paid like they said I would up front. I asked the tow guy when he came to get my car. Yeah okay great on time not bad. I asked him where’s my check don’t I get paid? He said oh I don’t know anything about that I just pick up the car?! Like I thought it was a good company to sell my car to. They told me over the phone they would take care of it all… I put three cause they did get here on time and over the phone the representatives were helpful. But I was not informed that I wouldn’t be paid the same day…
