In order to do the deal they expected me to sign my title blank - without their information or you know, getting payment - and send them a copy of it before they would schedule the pick up. Confirmed with an attorney that this is insane.
Complete run around. You never know if you are talking with Copart or Cash for cars. You can't understand the individuals you are talking to. They are misleading on how the whole process works. I hate even giving 1 star... deserve a zero stars. I hope I never have to deal with this company ever again.
When my son remembered seeing commercials for this company, my husband and I were wondering about how we were going to get rid of our car that we couldn't drive. At first I didn't have a good experience with this company, I'll admit.
