Absolutely horrible customer service. I’ve been waiting for a month to pick up my runner. Every time the tow truck guy calls me and reschedules. I called for the tenth time after having several appointments and finally she told me they don’t pick up card after work hours. Bad business model and you guys suck! BADLY

Great experience. Service was quick and easy. There was a lot of hesitation because it felt a bit sketchy but everything was good. I called on Friday, gave details about my car, received an offer. The following week I received the check and the car was picked up. all in one day. One thing I would make sure is that the tow driver is authorized to provide your check payment.
