The telephone segment was great. A little repetitive, but thorough without complications. Arriving at COPORT in Denver, well that was ridiculous. Absolutely NO customer service interaction what so ever. You have to scan a qr code ro sign in. Told me a 6 minute wait. 10 minutes later I inquired about the online sign in. I was told to wait for a text to be assisted. 20 minutes later I inquired again about the wait and was FINALLY asked what I was waiting for.
