Process was very fast and stress free. The lady that helped me set everything up was so informative and helpful and the tow person that came for my car was friendly, fast and efficient and also very knowledgeable and even offered some advice to me moving forward. The offer I received from them was wayyy higher than what I thought my car was worth so thanks guys!
The company itself was nice and professional but the tow truck company that they deal with and junkyard is very rude and unprofessional I was told they would schedule a pickup which I did they gave me a time frame window and told me they would call me an hour before I pick up and he waited 10 minutes before he got to the location to pick up my car to tell me he was almost there when I live 40 minutes away then when I drove all the way up here and I called to ask where he was he left and didn't bother to tell me that he was l... read more
