"Total bait and switch. I called and spoke with a very pushy representative who quoted me an official offer of $473 for my Yukon XL. However, once they actually arrived to collect the vehicle, they completely changed the price and would only give me $200. They blamed it on 'conversion rates,' which makes no sense and feels like a complete scam tactic to shortchange customers once the tow truck is already there. Quick, great communication, we had a hard time getting appointment with two other companies and one offered us next to nothing to “squeeze it in” So glad I decided to call one more place bc they got us in without dropping price by 100
Not worth the time. First person took my infor only to transfer me to another person & I had to repeat everything. Both could not understand my email address even when I said it phonetically (t for Terry, c for charlie) etc more than 3 times each. Was very frustrating & didn't even finish process bc of that.
