Not worth the time. First person took my infor only to transfer me to another person & I had to repeat everything. Both could not understand my email address even when I said it phonetically (t for Terry, c for charlie) etc more than 3 times each. Was very frustrating & didn't even finish process bc of that.
They will find a reason to offer less once they finally show up to pick up the vehicle. Will not use again or recommend to anyone.
No show 3 times wasted many hours waiting on a no show buyer.
Horrible experience. Got a good offer then the tow company set an appointment never showed, never answered their phone. Then customer service is no help.
HORRIBLE COMPANY. They promised one price and after the car was on the tow truck then they lowered the price SIGNIFICANTLY. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
