Everything went really well except for the pick up day. They kept me waiting for quite a long time. In fact, they didn’t show up they ran out of time. I understand that towing can take a lot longer because you don’t Know what shape the car will be in. But they could’ve given me a heads up. I had arranged all my meetings so that I could be there at that time. However, the next day. It was 10 minutes to take the license plate off give them the title and they had my check and they were gone. Couldn’t have been easier.
Quick, efficient and easy to work/deal with. We called, gave some info and within a few minutes had a price they would give us for the vehicle (was a pretty decent offer might I add for a 1996 unstartable, all 4 tires flat and and the back of the passenger seat gone) they told us a price when they came and got the car the price was exactly what they stated.
