Everything went beautifully picked up the car and transaction was smooth
Andreas was awesome to work with. He was professional, understanding and had excellent communications. I cant say the same for the woman I spoke with at the Woodhaven lot as she was extremely unhelpful and had a poor attitude, but Andreas saved the transaction and this review. Andreas gets 5 no doubt!!! The woman at the Woodhaven lot gets ZERO.
The process was easy other than needing two consecutive days to come get the car. They don't work weekends. Got the best offer from them but waiting to see how long before the check actually clears.
They came and got it fast. It was a good experience with a smooth process.
