TL;DR they will buy your car, but be prepared for communication issues. They will buy your car and pick it up for a decent price. That being said their communication skills are... lacking. They'll call servel times in a short period and don't seem to realize other people have jobs too. The internal communication is poor as everytine you call them you have to re-explain everything again and again. If dealing with a third entity such as a dealership or shop, expect to have to play middle man and get the shop to call as they do... read more
