I had a very negative experience with this company. They provided a quote for my car, but once the driver arrived, they reneged on the agreed-upon price and significantly lowered the offer, claiming they were only interested in the catalytic converter or for its metal-salvage. The initial contact with them was great, but once they passed my information to the tow company it was nothing but problems. The company quoted me $315 for my car I was selling which I was fine with, the tow company, Mateo Towing LLC, then lowered it to $200 because of the catalytic converter being aftermarket, we were okay with that, then they tried to lower it to $120 because apparently the title we had wasn’t right. The "Quote" is fictitious. They tell you 1 price and find anything and everything to bring it down to 1/4 of the quoted amount. Just another hustler in this new world of "Scam Culture".
Very disappointed in the experience. Super shitty customer service. Apparently if you’re a woman they just talk to you like you are stupid and have no issue being disrespectful with you. Regardless of your opinions it’s never okay to treat your customers like they are stupid or being disrespectful just because they are a female.
