A very easy and seamless experience. Gave them the info on our van online and called them to accept their offer. Was asked to forward some pictures and offer was confirmed. They took care of getting pickup scheduled. Driver arrived on agreed date and took possession of the van and handed us a cashiers check. Couldn’t have been easier.
