Set appointment for car to be picked up on a Tuesday 1-5 pm and the tow truck driver was supposed to call one hour in advance. No call, no show - missed a half day of work as a result. Called them the next day to reschedule. Driver called to say they would be there in 30 minutes.. showed up 90 minutes later
Great people to work with easy everything went good
Almost everything went smoothly. It's called cash for cars. But you recieve a check. Then when you go to the bank to cash the check, it's unable to be verified for 48 to 72 hours. So that's pretty crappy.
Really easy to deal with - came to where the car was, so I didn't have to mess around towing it. Was better price than if I'd dragged it to the junk yard.
Aurora was the transaction so easy. Pickup was on time and went seamless.
