I’m not sure what kind of experiences other people are referring to in the comments, but in my case, missing a single payment put me under immediate pressure. The tone quickly changes, and it no longer feels understanding or professional. It felt like there was no flexibility when I explained my situation or tried to give a different payment date, and the conversations became quite intimidating. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.
Didn’t finish out on the call. I don’t know whoever was on the line but they seemed very judgmental with questioning, and when I told them I found another opportunity they straight up hung up on my face, pretty rude.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE LADIES! ALWAYS SWEET AND ALWAYS READY TO HELP. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY UNDERSTANDING WHEN I HAVE STRUGGLED IN THE PAST AND WORKED WITH ME.
