Great customer service don’t believe other people they are just inpatient. In and out every single time.
Their LA Brea location is closed on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. i venture over to their Jefferson location to be told they can't assist me without a blank check yet I do ACH withdrawals without checks at La Brea location without checks and then I get told "we have a hawthorne location" the disconnect of your org is frustrating and you have officially lost a customer.
My friend had a very bad experience here. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude! She didn't have a name tag and claims her name is Melissa. Melisa definitely needs to some customer training classes ASAP!
