I have been going to this pawn shop for many many years. But recently they have decided that things I have pawned before are now not up to their new standards. Pawning things is a difficult enough decision but now they are making people feel even worse about having to make that decision. I will be removing my things early from this pawn shop and will not be returning. They are currently down to one employee that does not treat you with complete disrespect. I REALLY ENJOY BEING A PART OF SUCH A GREAT COMPANY .....
The policies of this shop made a tough situation even more difficult then it needed to be. They created their own "laws" so they could keep the item that was pawned and I had to contact the department that regulates pawn shops to have my item returned to me. The manager continually tried to find additional reasons not to return my item even though I had all the essential paperwork and more.
