I came in on 09/03/24 to purchase a 2013 Honda Pilot and was told by the salesman that it was “on hold” for one of the employees girlfriends. Not only that, but she had up to 2 weeks to purchase it. I had money in hand (full amount, no finance) right then and there. Surely this goes against some kind of policy. I would think the owner would care more about making money and good customer service rather than trying to please an employee’s girlfriend. Came in to look at a 2013 Honda Pilot on 09/03/24 that is still currently listed on the website and was told it was “on hold” for an employee’s girlfriend who had up to 2 weeks to come purchase it. I had cash in hand ready to buy it when I walked in. Very unprofessional. Bad look for the business. If the car is unavailable to the public, don’t list it.
