Definitely wouldn't shop here again. Walked in and no speaks or welcome you to the store. No asks if you need help or anything. Very negative and unwelcoming atmosphere.
I wish I could a negative star review. I had a truly disappointing experience at this Cash Pawn America location. The customer service was unacceptable, particularly from the manager, Lorree, who was extremely rude and dismissive. I'm genuinely shocked she's still in a leadership role, considering her behavior. I feel sorry for the staff working under such conditions — not only due to poor management but also because the store lacks basic necessities like functioning A/C.
