I wish I could a negative star review. I had a truly disappointing experience at this Cash Pawn America location. The customer service was unacceptable, particularly from the manager, Lorree, who was extremely rude and dismissive. I'm genuinely shocked she's still in a leadership role, considering her behavior. 1st Took 15 min to be acknowledged, and 2nd, Don’t buy Laptops here. I wanted to check out 3 laptops at the 100 to 200 price range and every single one was slow buggy and glitchy. They hadn’t wiped the laptops and wasted 45 min of my time waiting on 3 separate laptops to boot up.
