I have spent thousands in the store and have never been asked for my ID . I have been going in for years. The managers know me by name . I waited a while for any one to even ask if I wanted to see something in the case. Wanted to purchase an item not “pawn” and they wanted me to go outside in the rain to get my ID. “ since when” ??? Very insulting to a regular customer.
Tried pawning my grandmas ring for 600$ tried Saying that a $50 fix ruined it to where I could only borrow $300 on this $4000 ring and then kept wanting me to sell it so she could put it on her finger. No thanks I’ll never come here again and this place is awful do not recommend.
