Went in today to sell some scrap gold. I knew exactly what I had and what it was worth. After having an employee scratch it all up and weigh it for a second time a short haired women (i guess a "manager") comes out of the back to look at it. She tells me half of it isn't real and that what is real is only worth 70% of its actual value. After i disagree with her she gets rude shoves the gold back across the table and begins to walk away.
