Where is the logic in declining me the right to pawn a new PS5 because I do not have a receipt? As if I would have brought in a PS5 without the box and lied to the man and told him It wasn’t new it would have made a difference because he stated it was policy to only accept a new device with a receipt, only after unpacking it and handling it. I bought a gold necklace on Friday the 11th of July 2025 and it broke on 14 of July 2025. I went back to the store they said they can only fix it plus they have to send to another person to fix and I have to wait till until they call me because they don’t know how busy that person will be . Tengan mucho cuidado porque salí estafada, compré una cadena de según 14 kilates, y ahora que regresamos salieron con que la cadena es de 10 kilates de 400$ que pagamos, nos la quieren comprar por 200$, y ni si quiera intentaron darnos una solución rasonable para los dos lados y ahora le están echando la culpa a los que trabajaban allí entonces que porque según están haciendo cosas irregulares y que por eso los despidieron a todos, fueron groseros y no ayudaron en nada.
