Very helpful ladies and I was having a hard time with updating my I.D. card but with references and my ss card in was able to get my check cashed from school.
I went in today cause I loss my reciete for a tracking number so I could get to my mother. They told me I had to call there 1-800 number. I did and was told to go back and that they would give me a copy. Went back and told me they couldn't do it, so they said they would call to verify this. Took 20 mins. Then she calls her manager and tells her the story, finally she say that they are going to do this just this one time and with attitude.
