Friendly staff, quick process. Doesnt require as many credentials as others. Convienent hours. Would highly recommend.
Denied me of a loan because my work phone doesn’t work and they couldn’t verify, even though it matched the one of goggle. Highly disappointed and went somewhere else that could help.

Dont remember her name but I'm pretty sure it was andrea. Worst customer service ever . Waited in line for 30 minutes she was the only one working full line of people and didnt have the decency to make a note on the door or to even say that the western union wasn't working. When it was finally my turn she had the nerve to say she didnt know that I was going to get western union. Okay? You never know what someone is going there for so why not make a note or tell us knowing we are standing there waiting for no reason.
