I needed to cash a personal 2-party check from out of state. I called their office before i left my place to verify they could do it. They were very friendly and confirmed they could without any problems. I was surprised when i 4 -5 pages of Los application paperwork . 45 minutes later i was told they couldn't cash my check. No explanation. No sorry. Nothing. I wouldn't give them a half-star rate.

Rude . they dont have time for you always put you on hold and end up hanging up on you.
Myself and half a dozen people have come here to attempt to cash a check, send/receive moneygram, simply get change for a $10 bill, etc.. Every time me or somebody i know goes in its a bad experience. Their moneygram is always down, to cash a check is the most exspensive ive ever seen and the application/verification takes 30-45 minutes, when asked to break a bill they claim "we dont do that" ...the workers are lazy, this place should just shut down.
