RecommendedAfter dropping my Elk off at Casey’s he had it processed within a week. He runs a clean and organized operation. I have had better summer sausage, but they are still good. I My only real hang up is that I ordered 20lbs of hot Italian sausage that came out differently than I expected. Instead of receiving sausage links, I received 20lbs of ground italian sausage meat.
