Power Washer & Mower Repair – Just had my 2 items into caseys for repair, the mower had not been used for over a year and when I went to use it again the thing would not start, the service cost me $92 and I have been using it for the last 2 months now and no problem it runs great and have to say the cost to get it working again I think was good. they informed me by telephone the cost to repair so no shocks for me and they did say it may cost upto $110 so I was very happy with $92. Never go to this business. Total scam!! Was told my mower needed $200 worth of work, charged $30.00 just to look at it. I took it back home and continued mowing my yard with it! Just wanted blade sharpened! Not even 1 star!
Customers beware.....I do not recommend this business for any maintenance. I took my tiller for a tune up and they told me that it was beyond repair. They made it sound like my old tiller was a pile of junk it would cost to much to repair. So I left it there to be disposed. About two months later I stopped at the same shop to see if I could buy a used tiller and found my tiller with a For Sale Sign : "good running tiller, new tune up, runs like new". Scammed – Took my mower in for repair for some blade damage. I was unsure if I was going to repair it or not based on the cost. They never called to tell me the estimated repair charges and called me to tell me it was done and would cost $125. When I went to pick it up, I was told the carburetor was messed up and needed repair. I asked them why since I just spent $180 to fix the carburetor 6 months earlier.
