From basic oil changes to engine rebuilds these folks do a great job at reasonable prices. The facility is always clean and organized and I appreciate the extra time Quentin spends with us helping us understand what needs to be done and why with the price breakdown.

Initially when I chose Casey's it was because they are a local, independently owned business and that's really important to me. After having them do some routine maintenance and check to see if I needed new brakes I was incredibly happy with the outcome. Went in for a simple oil change. After I left , CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON? Called and then took vehicle back. Tech checked it and tried to tell me that I have some sort of vacuum leak? I did not have one when I came in? He said "If it comes back on bring it back in do to further testing" Hum? I will return with my Mechanic Husband. He tested it with his own equipment. We will be returning , but only so they make their mistake RIGHT!
RecommendedIn April, I had to bring my car in for some unexpected and expensive repairs. Lance (who is awesome to work with), went out of his way to make sure I got the best service possible at the best price possible. He went above and beyond to help me and that kind of customer service is not lost on me. Let's face it; car repairs are expensive. I just took my 2002 Honda Accord in recently for a timing belt replacement. Quentin got me scheduled, set up a free rental and called when the job was done ahead of scheduled time. About a month later I noticed that my clutch was slipping in my Honda. So, rescheduled for a clutch replacement, another great job and considerably less expensive than the Honda dealer on both job's.
