Ryan and his team are so confident and considerate. Less than two weeks after having installed new tires on my Audi Q5 saw light going indicating low tire pressure. Confused took it to Casey’s Sterling. I was told my tire hit a nail and hence low tire pressure. They went the extra mile and instead of just plugging the leak they took the tire out and sealed it from inside which is labor intensive. Excellent customer service! I’ve had a tire incorrectly installed by my dealership and Casey’s folks were able to diagnose the problem efficiently and kept me in the loop the entire time. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service, attention to detail, and efficiency! Can’t recommend them enough! As a female it’s always daunting to go into a mechanic’s shop but Casey’s took care of me and treated me with the outmost respect. Kudos to everyone at Casey’s!
