I was referred to Dr. whale for a broken wrist. It turned out to be the worst experience I’ve ever had. The worst part is I felt like he didn’t care what happened to my hand. He should have referred me to somebody else as it is not his expertise. I have been dealing with this issue for five months and in the middle had to have my wrist rebroken, and then surgery. Very traumatic experience
Dr. Whale is a terrific surgeon. Kansas is lucky we got him. He replaced a bad knee replacement and was wonderful
The lady I am guardian to was referred to Dr. Whales because of results of MRI. His nurse called at 3:30 on a friday and said he would not see her because he doesn't specialize in what is wrong with her. Yet, he write up says he specializes in total hip. According to his nurse no one in there office specializing in what was wrong so they were referring her to CMH. She is 41 and never been to CMH. They will not take her.
