I would not recommend working with Casey Wells or Uptown Realty. We were under contract with a contingency based on the sale of another property. When that sale fell through, we were entitled to a return of our security deposit, as clearly stated in the addendum. Despite this, Casey Wells and Uptown Realty refused to process the refund. We also observed that the 420 Brown St property was relisted without the security deposit being returned to the buyers. My home sold within the first days it was posted. I would've never thought it went so quickly. My God!! This gentleman right here 👏... Casey Wells, is pretty phenomenal. I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable relator. Totally exceeded my expectations! Casey is efficient, personable, patient, smooth, and accomodating. Heck, Casey even offered to help us pack the POD!! Now that even goes beyond anything we would've expected. The entire process was smooth and stress-free!! Exactly what I needed!
