I give them a zero. My agent, Ben, seemed great at the first meeting. After that though he would only communicate using Facebook messenger, which was rather odd and felt uncomfortable. My listing was not visable on any of the sites so I let Ben know. Rather than call me he had Casey call me. She was rude, aggressive and refused to hear me. I received a fb message from Ben though, saying they got it fixed and that my listing would now be viable to all on all the sites offering property for sale.
