Casey Watters appears to be willing to sell homes in any condition. As such, it is crucial for prospective buyers to conduct a home inspection prior to making a purchase. Unfortunately, I incurred a $700 expense for an inspection on a property she was selling, which was purportedly a sound investment (“hidden gem” as she claimed).
