Doctor Pyle is great, the admin side however, needs a lot of work. Trying to get through to them is nearly impossible; with long wait times over the phone, or no answer at all. I had an appointment that made a month prior, only to have it canceled the day before and rescheduled for 2 months later- allegedly the authorization from my insurance for a follow was not received and “can take up to 3 weeks”. Great experience, answered all my questions and made me feel totally comfortable. Highly recommend!
Competent and thorough patient management with advanced orthopedic surgical skills and who I entrust with referrals knowing the patients will be treated expertly.
I had to wait over an hour passed my appt time, but Dr Pyle did apologize that he had an emergency. He spent time with me explaining the problem with my ankle and giving advise how to eleviate the pain. Just wish the nurse had come in and told me why the delay.
