A huge thanks to joe for coming to my home on short notice and helping with an urgent plumbing and boiler problem. I had a broken hot water line and had to shut off the main water supply and boiler, so i was left without water and heat. It was a stressful situation and i needed a plumber right away. joe repaired the pipe, checked the boiler system, and found that one of the circulator pumps was leaking badly and needed replacement. a few weeks ago i had a serious pipe leak in my lower level, and it needed fast plumbing repair. my son called casey & sons plumbing & electric, and they came out to inspect the whole plumbing system and find the source of the leak. russell explained everything clearly and let me know the repair would take most of the day, so they would need to return to complete the larger job the right way. i paid the deposit, and joe came back on thursday to handle the work. they had a big plumbing job to do, but they stayed patient, answ... read more

Wanted to update this review. After we shared an invoice from another plumber showing the drain line was fine, they refunded the full amount, which we appreciated. The first tech, arthur, seemed new and had trouble getting the cleanout unclogged. During the drain cleaning, vice grips were left on the snake reel, which caused some chips on the deck when the tool came loose and landed across the patio. Thankfully no one was hurt. We had major septic and sewer line problems. At first we thought it was just a blockage, but it turned out part of the pipe had collapsed and we needed around 100 feet of new piping installed.
