This review is NOT HVAC related but I felt the need to post a review on the kindness “Casey Service “ ( fellow boater) showed today! Knowing that you didn’t bat an eye to help us get the boat loaded today was so very kind of you. Just seeing that type of selflessness, with you and your wife, would definitely make me want to use your HVAC services in the future.
TJ was professional, explained what was wrong, ordered the part, fixed it, and we're good, basically. Did I mention it was under warranty?
DO NOT USE for new home construction installation!! Casey installed our HVAC system in our new home. It’s been an absolute nightmare! The bedrooms are 10+ degrees warmer or colder than the rest of the house. We set up thermostats with different zones specifically to avoid this issue. This is also a nightmare. The thermostat that controls my daughter’s temperature was in the hallway. The hallway thermostat controlled her bathroom temperature. Joshua serviced our HVAC system this afternoon. I've never experienced a service rep so thorough and professional. He went above and beyond to ensure the system was working perfectly. He even identified a problem with our water heater (not his responsibility) when he was in our crawl space and helped by putting in a temporary fix. Josh is a credit to your organization. I'll be requesting his services in the future.
I HAD A WATER ISSUE TO MY DISTRIBUTION BOX, WHICH LET FIBERGLASS BLOW THROUGH MY WHOLE HOUSE... I WAS BREATHING THE FIBERGLASS IN. I CONTACTED HARRY ABOUT MY PROBLEM. INSTEAD OF LETTONG ME SUFFER, HARRY GOT A CREW OUT THERE. ARRON AND A CREW WENT TO WORK ON MY PROBLEMS RIGHT AWAY.
