Excellent service. Have used them for over 22 years. Ask for Josh. I called- with a question about a filter- , snapped a photo, texted it Josh who was in call and he told me I was correct! He took his time and it was after hours. Bought my heat pump system with them in 2018. Josh previously came out to my house in June and check the system 4 times for me due to my health to make sure my system was in top notch and cleaned out drain pipe even though it wasn’t needed.. Josh did an amazing job fixing our HVAC issues. On a Sunday afternoon, he made us a priority. He was incredibly pleasant to work with and was diligent in finding a resolution.
Our home A/C system was originally installed by Casey Services in 2021. We started experiencing issues with the A/C struggling to keep up like it used to, so we had the system assessed by another company. They determined that the fan motor was faulty, and recommended we contact the original installer since our system was still covered by the hardware warranty (the labor warranty had expired). Casey Services does great work, and has for years! Our systems were installed by them and we have regular maintenance performed by them too. We just recently (summer 2026) had Hayden out to perform routine maintenance on both systems. Hayden is professional, on-time, and answered all my questions. Separately, Josh came out to look at a separate issue. Josh found and fixed the issue quickly and inexpensively.
