Casey Services does great work, and has for years! Our systems were installed by them and we have regular maintenance performed by them too. We just recently (summer 2026) had Hayden out to perform routine maintenance on both systems. Hayden is professional, on-time, and answered all my questions. Separately, Josh came out to look at a separate issue. Josh found and fixed the issue quickly and inexpensively. Josh was my technician for an after hours call because our AC wasn’t working on an extremely hot day. He was excellent! Very friendly service and he had us back up and feeling cool in no time, thankfully.
Our A/C completely quit working on a 100+ degree Saturday around lunchtime. We called and got the after hours/weekend service line who then contacted their on call service technician. Their technician, Josh, contacted us in less than 30 minutes and was at our house in an hour. By 2pm he had our unit back working and explained exactly what caused the problem and how he fixed it. North Carolina is in a severe heat wave, and I called Casey Service to address our system's inability to keep the house cool. They were already booked out for the day but had a cancelation in the afternoon and squeezed us in. Caleb and Matt went through our system and did some excellent trouble shooting. They didn't stop until they found the issue and the system is now catching up. Caleb also took the time to fully explain the work being done and how we could optimize the airflow inside our home. Called for service over July 4th weekend to schedule appt for Monday. We had a 1-3 window and they showed up early, checked out the whole 2nd floor system and discovered it was only a breaker. Matt called me when they were done and was professional and thorough. I’d recommend them to others. All staff that I dealt with were friendly and professional.
