Excellent doctor — one of the best hands down! Very personable, knowledgeable, and engaging. He listens to you, doesn’t rush you out the door, and works together with you on an appropriate treatment plan. A true gem. So glad I finally found a good doctor!
Dr. Benton is one of the "BEST"! He is quick and efficient and handles everything with the utmost care. I am glad he is fairly young and will be around a long time to take care me and my family.
Dr. Benton is extremely adept in explaining medical information in terms easily understandable to the lay person. He is very skilled and knowledgeable in the latest techniques. And, he has a warm, human side.
All the doctors and nurses I've interacted with at Virginia Heart are highly qualified professionals. However, the office is not proactive in engaging patients. That's okay with me because I'm in great health (25+ mile hiking once every two weeks and daily swims/hikes).
