I am amazed at the number of positive reviews and HAVE to speculate that many must be fake. I had a terrible experience with Dr. Casey Parini when I delivered my baby, and the complaints and horror stories about her in all the local Moms groups online are never ending. During labor, her impatience almost cost my baby his life. She was mad I wouldn’t let her break my water prematurely, and rudely offered to discharge me from the hospital if I hadn’t come in with the intention of having a baby.
