I love Dr. Owens! I was able to get in right away when I experienced an unexpected problem. He listened to me and was able to reassure me. He was empathetic with me. It was really obvious to me that I was not just another patient to him, but that he cated about me as an individual person.
Dr. Owens was great in taking the time to explain all the data he had reviewed and his interpretation and recommendations. He even typed up and printed out a summary of our discussion and next steps. We felt very well informed and involved in the process.
